The Ori-gen Foundation was formed as a non-profit public corporation in California on February 16, 2026. The Foundation is actively in the process of applying for IRS federal tax-exemption status with approval expected in the Fall of 2026. Until the Foundation receives its own tax-exempt status, donations may still be tax-deductible through a charitable donor advised fund established through The Dallas Foundation, a non-profit community foundation.
